- All choir members are to wear all white on the first Sundays of the month.
- All choir members are to wear all black on the second Sunday of the month.
- All choir members must wear all black when invited to sing at other churches (unless instructed otherwise).
- Rehearsals are the following: a) Regular Choir Rehearsal is on the Saturday before 1st Sunday and the Saturday before 2nd Sunday, both are at 1:00 pm. b) Any extra rehearsals (including Leadership rehearsals) will be announced.
- Please be prepared to stay until all songs are rehearsed. If you cannot stay to the end, please do not disturb or cause distractions on your way out.
- All Choir members should continue to pay Choir dues of $5.00 a month ($60 per year). It is very important to pay each month since our dues are used to support our choir events and outings.
- Choir Day Grand March Dues will be announced close to Choir Day. This is a separate cost from Choir dues.
- All choir members are to attend All rehearsals and All choir meetings.
- There will be a mandatory Choir meeting on Zoom every quarter (TBA)
- Please inform someone from the choir cabinet if you cannot attend a rehearsal or a meeting.
- Please try to be consistent with coming to rehearsals and meetings.
- All choir members are to be in the choir pews on or before 11:00 am on Sunday mornings when praise and worship start. If you come inside the church after praise and worship begins, please do not sit in the choir section pews until appropriate time permits.
- When returning to your seat after singing, please do not wait on the side of the pew. Just go into the pew and sit (even if it was not your original seat). Please keep in mind that we are being recorded and any activity will show up on the video.
- All choir members must be respectful towards one another at all times.
- There is absolutely NO TALKING OR CELL PHONE USE during rehearsals. If you must take or make a phone call during rehearsal, please do so in the rear of the church or go outside.
- Please give respect and all your attention to the choir director when rehearsing. The choir director is the only one who should be talking, the only one giving directions, and the only one doing the corrections.

Being a choir member is an opportunity for involvement. A church’s ministry is only as effective as the congregation's people who choose to get involved. The choir is an extension of the pulpit. When we join as a choir, we’re not just singing notes together, but we are doing life and ministry together.
