Mt. Bethel Baptist Church is a teaching, preaching, loving and mighty moving ministry. Our motto is to Love, have Compassion and Demonstrate it (LCD)! We have been called to bring souls to Christ and help build the kingdom of God.
John 15:12-13 (KJV):

Mission Statement
The Mount Bethel Baptist Church, Inc., was organized by the Late Reverend Joseph S. Stevens, Sr., in 1929.
Our name "Mt. Bethel" means "House of God" a House where God lives". It is the place where Abraham gave his first sacrifice as worship to the "One God".
So we believe that anyone who comes to this house of God has found a place where life can begin again. It is our mission to bring souls to Christ through the love that the Lord has given us so that we may share with others. We want to be steadfast, unmovable and always abound in the word of God.
Our Pastor, Rev. Dr. Gloria Bradshaw, is leading us to be a loving, teaching and preaching ministry. We commit ourselves to the building up of God's Kingdom. Our prayer is to be another light shining in our community.
